I require to following. FERRO CHROME TRANSACTION PROCESS Typical specification Ferro Chrome Cr Si C S P V Slag Size :0-12 mm 50.60% 3.50% 6.49% 0.04% 0.02% 0.32% 2.41% High Carbon Ferro Chrome ( Fines ) grade between : 46% + and 50%+ Each grade has different pricing model TARGET BASE PRICE : 700-710 USD /MT ( basis of 50% Grade ) FOB STEINWEG (JOHANNESBURG SOUTH AFRICA) inclusive of VAT Delivery : STEINWEG BONDED WAREHOUSE ( Johannesburg South Africa) Minimum Quantity : 500 MT /Week delivery basis Tenure of the contract : 5 years R& E basis Transaction procedure: Seller and Buyer will sign the SPA (Sales and Purchase Agreement) and should be notarized through first class court in South Africa and followed by Hong Kong. Seller will issue the Invoice (with detail quality and Quantity) for every week transaction(s) Seller will release the Lab report on quality and quantity for the stock at Seller Warehouse. Buyer must be satisfied with the analysis report from seller desk. Seller should be registered in STEINWEG bonded warehouse. Buyer is already registered in STEINWEG bonded warehouse STEINWEG & SELLER & BUYER will sign one tripartite document as per the format and rules of STEINWEG. SELLER will involve CCIC for inspection at STEINWEG BONDED WAREHOUSE (Johannesburg) STEINWEG JB will hold the goods in Seller Account. CCIC analysis report on quality and Quantity will be forwarded by STEINWEG to buyer. Buyer will transfer immediately the payment to Seller Nominated Account of Full (100%) invoice value. STEINWEG JB will transfer the title /ownership of the goods to buyer. Notes : (i) This transaction will be repeated every week basis. (ii) The locking period for the exclusivity of the transaction is for 5 years and renewed further. (iii) No upfront payment will be given in this matter unless goods are in STEINWEG BONDED warehouse Johannesburg South Africa. (iv) Seller has to bring the goods in STEINWEG BONDED *@********************
